RETURNS POLICY

We DO NOT offer returns on used and open products or change of mind. Please double check your cart and order during check out to ensure that you have ordered the correct item for the intended purpose along with any colour options and sizes if available.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are only able to offer returns/replacements for special circumstances. When your parcel arrives, it is important that you check your order is correct and not damaged. 

If a product you ordered is damaged or defective please contacts us with photos of the product and packaging. We will endeavour to correct the issue and will get back to you with in 3 working days as to what the next steps are.

In some cases a restocking fee of 10% will apply if an order is canceled.

Returns of any nature will not be accepted after 30 days have passed from arrival of the package.

Our items are not intended to deceive drug testing purposes. If you use our products for such a purpose and fail then it is not a fault of the product and will not be eligible for a refund on a consumed product.

Warranties (when a warranty is applied to an item) are held and maintained by the manufacturer/supplier. If you receive a faulty product please contact the manufacturer directly.
